Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.vdinfotech.in or engaging VD Infotech Technologies Private Limited for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Our Services

VD Infotech provides digital marketing, website and software development, mobile app development, graphic design, video production, AI solutions and related services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are agreed in a written proposal, quotation or agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where they differ.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, approvals and access to accounts in good time.
• Ensure that any material you give us — text, images, logos, data — is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Review and approve work within the agreed review periods; delays in feedback may move delivery dates.

Quotes, Payments & Taxes

Prices on our website and packages are indicative and may change. Your quotation confirms the final price. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the advance payment is received, and invoices are payable by their due date.

Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes, which are charged as per law. Third-party costs — such as ad spend, domains, hosting, premium plugins or stock assets — are billed separately or paid directly by the client.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Search rankings, traffic, leads and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including search engine and platform algorithms, competition and market conditions. We commit to professional effort and transparent reporting, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or results unless explicitly stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless the agreement says otherwise. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you the licence needed to use them as part of your deliverables.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and case studies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement. We are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement on request.

Use of This Website

You may not misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to VD Infotech unless stated otherwise and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VD Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the three months before the claim arose.

Suspension & Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement. We may pause work if invoices remain unpaid. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
