Refunds will only be processed if a genuine issue is found in the service delivery, performance, or scope adherence. We evaluate each case individually to ensure fair treatment for both parties.
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after project initiation.
- Client delay in communication or approvals.
- Scope creep or new requests outside the initial agreement.
- Service already delivered as per contract.
- Delays caused by third-party platforms or APIs.
- Client’s failure to comply with payment terms or agreements.
💡 2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Submit a formal written request within 7 days of project delivery or stage milestone.
- Provide clear and valid reasoning (e.g., non-delivery, quality issues, or missed scope).
- Be up-to-date with your payment schedule.
- Allow our support and resolution team to attempt corrective action first.
🧾 3. Service-Specific Refund Guidelines
A. Development Services (Web, App, Software)
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Services after delivery of final source code or credentials.
- Projects canceled mid-way due to client-side delays.
- Custom-built functionality as per client specification.
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- The project is delayed entirely due to our team’s fault (without client-side delays).
- The delivered modules have major technical flaws and our team fails to resolve them.
Refund Window: Up to 15 days from project kickoff or milestone delivery.
B. Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, SMM & Performance Marketing
These are non-refundable due to:
- Nature of third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Time-bound strategy execution and labor-intensive efforts.
- Results dependent on multiple market and algorithmic factors.
Partial refunds may be considered if:
- The project has not yet started and cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment.
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has begun.
C. Branding, Graphics & Creative Services
Refunds may be processed only:
- If no drafts have been shared.
- If the client cancels before design work has started.
No refund will be granted:
- After the first design draft or iteration has been submitted.
- If the design is rejected due to subjective preferences after approval.
D. Virtual Assistant / Subscription-Based Services
- If the subscription is canceled before the team is assigned, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once the assistant is assigned and hours are billed, no refund is issued for completed work.
